Brain Storming about the definition of creativity:
Definitely creativity is not about doing old things again and again but generating new and fresh things and ideas, however doing cliche things could be led to a creativity someday, since there may be lots of alternatives in doing an old overdone thing which can cause a new look to a matter.
Moreover, creativity may define as looking different to matters, yet it can't be achieved from the first tries for solving a matter, so it needs to be tried several times but in different ways.
So perhaps we can say, creativity is finding new ways in order to solve a problem.
The "problem" here does not merely mean "trouble", I suppose. Any kinds of issues that can make our brain busy of finding a way to deal with, could be considered as problem which needs to be solved by our brain. If there were no laziness or feeling of more conveniences for getting informed from the world around us, the idea of inventing a TV may never be existed, and people may still go to theatre for watching movies! As feeling of more conveniences is not a trouble but a challenge for expecting more of life, yet it still needs to be answered in some way for human's brain to get calmness.
The result would be definitely attempting to find a way to make the theatre as small as it could be fit into a living room of a house. This part is called creativity.
One of the other aspects of creativity which has been discussed in class was creativity in terms of art. Well obviously creativity is more meaningful when it is used for judging a work of art.
I suppose, all the artists are not merely creative, but creative people are artists!
In order to prove my word I can say, all the TV manufacturers are not creative because making a box with a lamp that can show some pictures to entertain people is not a new thing but a routine now-a-days, however the first guy who invented and designed this box as a shape of a "Box" which could be adjusted in a small room of a house, is definitely a creative artist.
The other thing that I got from today's class is "A creative person is a content provider, as he or she is providing a content obviously, but any content provider may not be a creative person!"
